Outstation Cab Rates Per Km from Lucknow
All our outstation cabs are billed per kilometre. Kilometres are counted from your Lucknow pickup point to the destination and back to the same pickup point — you are not charged for the drive from our garage. A minimum of 250 km per day applies to cars and 300 km per day to Urbania, Traveller and coaches; if your actual distance is lower, the daily minimum is billed instead.
The per-km rate covers vehicle hire, fuel and standard maintenance. Toll, parking, state entry tax, driver allowance (bata) and night allowance (10 PM – 6 AM) are additional and shown separately on your invoice. Waiting beyond 45 minutes at a stop is billed at ₹100/hour. Any kilometres travelled beyond the estimate are billed at the same per-km rate at trip end.
